#6 Listen to This Before You Give Your Two Week Notice
There are a hundred reasons why you may want to leave your current job as a property manager.
- You’re in over your head
- Your employer doesn’t give you what you need to get the job done
- You’re not properly trained
- Your company doesn’t appreciate the work you to do
- You haven’t had a day off in 6 months.
Leaving your company for a new one can be incredibly tempting. The grass always seems greener on the other side, and it's easy to believe that a new job will solve all of your problems. However, this isn't always the case.
In reality, most people find that the challenges they faced at their old job follow them to their new one. Additionally, you may find that you don't quite fit in with the new company culture or that the work isn't what you expected it to be.
Ultimately, it's important to remember that just because the grass isn't always greener on the other side doesn't mean that you're stuck where you are.
Listen to this week’s episode to uncover how to get unstuck… without having to submit your 2-week notice.
